  this location such garbage their customer service is horrible especialy coming from the tall man with the glasses the most rude individual ever I walk in and they said 35 minutes for me to pick up my order I get there in 40 minutes I was made to wait an additional ten minutes and then had to get rude service from the tall man with the glasses.... if he would let the nice young lady do her job maybe my experience wouldn't have been that bad but he must have had a stick up his butt....I finaly get my pizza and it was soggy like they took it out the oven to early so it didn't get to cook all the way I asked for no mushrooms and still got them on there and the wings I ordered seemed to be precooked so they were dry like jerky it was horrible when I called them about my horrible food they only wanted to give me a 5 dollar credit cus I couldn't come back to pick up the replacement food which I would have took back but I live far into the east side of Joliet that I didn't want to drive back there at 9pm so I fed my family undercooked and jerky type food and was out of the 35 dollars I spent and the gas I wasted to go there to pick up my food..... horrible horrible location

  Great beef sandwiches. The pizza is just ok for the Chicago area and really greasy. Kind of pricey too.

  Messed up order. Salad always has brown lettuce. Cheap plastic fork you can't eat with. Horribly cheap establishment. McDonald's down the street has better utensils. I won't be coming back.

  rosatis pizza of Channahon Illinois and Minooka both are owned and operated by the same owner their food is not up to standard food preparation standards are not up to par I have seen the general manager cross contaminate many items and utensils in that kitchen there food is not of rosati quality horrible experience I and many others have had not a rosati I would recommend stay clear of thoughs locations now the shorewood location is more of the rosati quality food you would want up delicious and fresh every time not cold and soggy or distasting like the food from the Channahon and Minooka locations thank you shorewood for continuing to provide quality rosati food unlike the garbage coming out of Channahon and Minooka
